DB TECH ToT : AN ENHANCEMENT OF QUALITY

Don Bosco Tech Training of Trainers was organized at Don Bosco Vaduthala, Ernakulam, from 07/07/2014 to 12/07/2014. DB Tech trainers from all over Kerala attended the session in two batches. Mr. Anwer from L& D Department of DB Tech National office, Rev.Fr Jeeson from Regional office, Bangalore, Mr. Sarath Menon and Mr. Ratheesh KK from the State office were the chief of the session. The session was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Paulson SDB, Rector of Don Bosco Vaduthala. Mr. Anwer was the resource person of the training session. Rev.Fr Jeeson enlightened on the objective of the training with a simple story of a woodcutter.

The training was a platform where the trainers got an opportunity to evaluate and reshape the overall operational process of DB Tech. Mr. Raghib Anwer, explained the process of Pre-implementation, Implementation & Post-implementation. He also made the session energetic and interesting with lots of energizers and discussions which helped the team to improve our process and become more effective. He also made the trainers share their experiences and efforts they took throughout the batch to attain the best results. Each DB Tech centers shared their presentation through audio/video formats, PPT slides. They also explained their Operational process and strategy they adopted during each stage of pre-implementation, implementation and post-implementation. They also mentioned various innovative ideas implemented for mobilization process. The Life skill champion’s team also presented a wonderful session on topic “Communication Skills” with Ice breakers, concept share, activity and debriefing the session.

The session was a wonderful learning experience. Finally, the session was concluded with various feedbacks & suggestions in presence of Fr Jeeson, Mr. Anwer, & the State team. This Training remains as a stepping stone for perfection in our endeavor to train the youth to earn a decent livelihood.
