The Mobile Clinic and the dispensary in Deodurga began in 2005 with the hope of providing primary medical care to the poor villages. The local implementation partner for this project is Don Bosco Deodurga and trained medical staff are providing primary medical care to more than 4000 poor people from 20 rural villages every year

The Mobile clinic has been primarily used to provide immediate emergency health care services to rural people in twenty villages of Deodurga Taluk, also providing immunizations, maternal health services and preventative health care for disease control. Various special medical camps are also organised in villages at least twice a month. These camps received genuine appreciation from the people in need.
