BREADS is the development office of the Salesian Province of Bangalore. BREADS assists the projects in the states of Karnataka and Kerala for a better, systematic and scientific approach to development. We promote integral development through proper systems of promotion, monitoring and evaluation of the Socio-economic, cultural, technical and Development Projects in the region.
Mission: BREADS is a voluntary organization aiming at the transformation of the poor and the needy, as resources and agents of change through educative presence and accompaniment.
Vision: We envisage a community of justice peace and joy.

Visvadeep History Established in 1980, as a response to the need of higher learning, research and study in the fields of Youth Pastoral Ministry, Catechetics and Social Communication, Visvadeep offers various courses that cater to a large section of priests, religious and lay persons. Though juridically independent as a canonically erected community since 1993, academically it is part of Activities - A Basic Three Month Course in Theology - One-Week Summer Courses in Photography, Videography, Child Catechesis, Adolescent Catechesis, Youth Catechesis, Youth Ministry, Skills in Youth Ministry, Value Education, Counselling the Youth and Spiritual Direction of Youth and Creative Skills in Liturgy and Faith Education of Youth.
