BREADS is the development office of the Salesian Province of Bangalore. BREADS assists the projects in the states of Karnataka and Kerala for a better, systematic and scientific approach to development. We promote integral development through proper systems of promotion, monitoring and evaluation of the Socio-economic, cultural, technical and Development Projects in the region.
Mission: BREADS is a voluntary organization aiming at the transformation of the poor and the needy, as resources and agents of change through educative presence and accompaniment.
Vision: We envisage a community of justice peace and joy.

History BREADS – Society began functioning as a service in October 1993. It became a registered organization by February 1995.
BREADS was founded for the purpose of giving assistance to NGOs particularly the Don Bosco Projects in the Salesian Province of Bangalore. BREADS provides professional and scientific approach to developmental works through professional assistance and capacity building of its partners. 
BREADS is part of the Don Bosco international network present over 130 countries in the world.
